Ordered a sampler to share and found that the chicken was moist and flavorful, the spareribs might have been a bit dry, but still very tender, and the pulled pork was delicious. Our sides were a salad (very nice), chili (good), potato salad (nice recipe), and cornbread that I thought was too sweet but my companions disagreed. However, I don't go to a barbeque place for the sides, I go for the meat and Chester's knows how to barbeque meat!April 03, 2017
